There are many other wonderful festivals and initiatives that support collaboration, events and learning connected to the University of Edinburgh. If you have a festival or hub/project to add to this list, please contact us.

Festivals: 

The Cabaret of Dangerous Ideas. Run by The Beltane Public Engagement Network at The Fringe Festival.

Creative Cultural Careers Festival (CCCF). Run by Careers service.

Gather Festival Run by Edinburgh University Students' Association.

LGBT+ History Month Run by Edinburgh University Students' Association.

Mental Health and Well-Being Week Run by Edinburgh University Students' Association.

Sustain.ED - Edinburgh’s first citywide green festival. Run by Edinburgh University Students' Association.

The University at The Festival. The UoE office that deals with the University's involvement in the various festivals happening in Edinburgh during the month of August.

Hubs/projects:

ASCUS - a non-profit organisation committed to bridging the gap between the arts and sciences.

Edinburgh Living Lab - collaborative initiative between UoE researchers, the public sector and industry

 Active Lives Programme (formerly known as the Healthy University Project) (link: http://www.ed.ac.uk/sport-exercise/healthy-university_ - aims to promote and deliver tangible health and wellbeing benefits for the University community 

Launch.ed - helping to inspire UoE staff/students to launch, grow and support enterprises

Project Soothe - a project developing a bank of soothing photographs to improve mental health and wellbeing
