Support for your event
Both staff and students are invited to apply to run events for the Festival. There is a great deal of support to help you design and deliver your idea - first of all check out the calendar for inspiration.
We want to make sure we have the best support structure to allow the event organisers to realise their ideas. If you are wondering about why you should get involved, we have you covered. Also check out some of the stories of impact from our past event organisers.
Basecamp is an online tool which provides you with all the information you need, allows you to ask question and create and contribute to discussions. If you are interested in joining the Basecamp, please contact us and we can invite you.
If you have an event idea and are interested in being an event organiser we strongly encourage you to join our online Basecamp to share your ideas, learn more about the Festival of Creative Learning process, get the resources you need, and ask any questions you might have. Please also read these sections from the left-hand sidebar:
School coordinators & service contacts directory
We support a network of School coordinators and service contacts across the University who support you and your idea. Your School coordinator is a great first contact, and there are various services you can collaborate with as well. Find the coordinator for your School or one of the service contacts in this directory.
Support from School to School varies so contact the Central Festival team through the contact form on this website if you have any queries.
